Sun-Ringle DS2-XC oem version of DS1-XC???Danny

Some good deals out there on DS2-XC wheelsets (6061 alloy, 23mm wide) For example, Jenson sells the set for $90 (on Deore disc hubs.) Also, noted wheelset is available on factory rides...ie. K2 Lithium 4.0 (http://www.k2bikes.com/04products/full/lithium5.asp)

Bought the wheelset to lighten my son's Avalanche. Weighed exactly 150 grams less than the Rynolite set that was on there (which I had previously upgraded from some crap Shraeder valved OEM thing.) That puts it at the same 400 grams as the DS1-XC. By the way, these are skinny rims. Figure they will be great match for his skinny 100lb frame...but don't know if I want to plop my 200lbs on them.

I think they are the same other than ds1 are welded and ds2 rims are pinned.
