Jan 8, 2004 9:02 AM | | I have a pair of Jimmys and a pair of Little Alberts, both of which are 2.1", or 54-559 ERTRO, but on a Velocity Aeroheat rim, inflated to 45 psi for a day, they're still small. I don't have an exact width, but they're slimmer than a Michelin Comp S 1.95".
The tires are pretty nice, though - supple casings, good rubber, nice ride - so I'd definitely try them out at that price. Me, I want some Racing Ralphs in a 2.25". Should be superb.
On the road, there's a ton of tires on Ebay right now. I have the Stelvio Evolution set, and they're very very nice, and run true to size. Better than the Pro Race, and the same price. |
