They are now owned by Performance who could learn a thing or two in dealing with the customer. Just my opinion. |

It did--I ordered after 11pm on a Friday, the order shipped Saturday and arrived Wednesday with 'normal' shipping, even though Monday was MLK day (postal holiday) and I'm on the west coast. So then I ordered 2 helmets, 2 computers, a chain lock, a pump, and a multi-tool.
No mistakes, great prices, and I swear they must actually lose money on shipping. There's no way Fed-Ex only charged them $9 for ground shipping--it was a pretty big box and the lock alone weighs over 10 pounds.
I'll never order from anyone else, unless I need something Nashbar doesn't carry. |
