Jul 26, 2002 8:50 PM | | i went into Supergo in FOUNTAIN VALLEY, and man talk about poor customer service. i went in asking if they pricematch, they said yes. then they asked me what i wanted to price match i said the camelbak MULE from Performance (which was next door)...all of a sudden he got like pissed at me and said, "Do they really have it in stock?!" i said no, but it was ADVERTISED in the performace ad....i may as well have gone to Tustin location (excellent service!)but i didnt want to drive...next thing i know, he talks to another employee and while he is doing that, he gives me an ugly stare!...what uptight, snobby SOBs!....so i left. |
