Jul 27, 2002 5:28 AM | | Make damn sure they have all your order BEFORE you place it. I ordered about $100.00 worth of stuff a month ago and piece by piece they backorded then cancellled all but one item which I could have got cheaper elsewhere and only ordered from them to save shipping.
Well I called them and the cancelled the remaining item at my request and then it took them a week to credit my credit card. They backed out each item one at a time because I saw a whole bunch of small credits but on my statement they NEVER did credit me for the 2 day shipping! They have a lot of good deals and obscure items but compared to Jenson and Supergo they have a VERY LONG way to go. Their inventory system must be run on a Nintendo. |
