i had one of these and they s*ck. It is damn near impossible to adjust the thing because you have no barrel adjuster on the derraileur. I personally wouldn't go for it. JM$.02

I think you and I did the trade: Rapidrise for XT. I still am riding that XT derailleur. Works great! However, I could never get that XTR derailleur to shift right. I think Rapidrise is going to be the wave of the future, but the old ones did suck. Too bad it did not work out for you....
None of them have a barrel adj.PB

at least the ones I've had. I use the barrel adj. on the shifter and they shift flawlessly.
