Apr 7, 2003 9:14 AM | | In my experience, I would say pay the $250 and go thorugh a custom wheelbuilder. I went through that guy Jason Downs in Montana and have not had to true the wheels in 2 years. The machine built 517's that came stock on my bike are out of true every other ride. This is an area that you dont want to risk being a cheapo on. That is just my humble opinion. The price is good, but be prepared. If you go through Jason, please email me your performance coupon for the good advise! Thanks. |
