I used one of Nasbars 20% off coupons and then got the bait and switch. They sold me the shoes at 20% off but when I reordered, they charged me full rpuce and for the shipping to send me the larger size. I had to return the original pair because they were a bit too small. I called and ask if I could order the larger size by phone or if I had to return then shoes first. The Rep said she could do the new order by phone but could not apply the coupon price, said I would have to talk to customer service about that. I got charged the normal price and shipping again, but at that point they really didn't know I would return the original pair, I had already used the coupon ad it had expired anyway. I assumed when they got the first shoes back, I'd get a price adjustment for the lower price and at least a partial refund of the shipping cost of their sending the larger pair to me. "If retrning for size we will pay shipping cost back to you". Well I got neither and Nasbar comes up with one excuse after another why they won't do anything. Guess the credit card company will decide what's a reasonable policy. There are better places to shop that don't play these games.
Bait and switch...NOT...you ordered the wrong size! *nm*MTBDOC

It's always the unreasonable customer that complains the most about supposed poor quality of service, or so it seems.
