I just bought a couple of Starter jerseys at WalMart. They're a polyester fabric they call Dry Star and they do a decent job of wicking away the moisture. They have a half zipper, the only thing they are lacking, if you care about this, is back pockets. All for just under $12.
I hardly expected to be buying bike clothes at WalMart.
